CreateWith
Real-time creator discovery through your favourite AI assistant.
A conversation about creator discovery
CreateWith came from a conversation with a former colleague who had worked at the forefront of esports. We were talking about a challenge they were facing with clients: how to bring AI into content creator discovery. Despite all the tools available, we felt creator analytics had fallen behind. There was an opportunity to combine better creator data with the intelligence of AI.
I worked on it in stages. First came the data. The Twitch API gave me real-time snapshots, but I needed a history that people could search and compare over time. I built an ingestion pipeline to collect those snapshots and store them in our own Postgres database, gradually building a record alongside the live data.
Bringing discovery into the conversation
Once that was running, I started building a traditional SaaS front end. But I quickly changed direction because I wanted to explore what an agent-first product could look like. People were increasingly working inside their own AI platforms, and it felt more natural to bring creator discovery into those conversations.
I made CreateWith largely headless, with the database accessible through an API and an MCP server that connects it to AI assistants. Someone could work in Claude, ChatGPT or another compatible interface and ask their agent to search our creator data. They could combine current activity with the history we'd collected, using their own model to help interpret what they found.
That combination is what interests me. An assistant needs access to the underlying creator data to answer useful questions about it. We supply that data, and people bring the intelligence of the models they already work with. The aim is to help them find and discover creators for gaming, tech or lifestyle campaigns without having to move into a separate analytics platform.
Four months of creator data
Building for agents also meant thinking beyond search. Authentication, account limits and payments all needed to work as part of that experience, with a person still able to understand and manage what was happening.
Four months into the project, CreateWith had tracked over 660,000 creators and collected 92 million snapshots, building a meaningful history alongside the live data. We've also submitted CreateWith to Meta Muse as a platform app and connector.
